According to Health Canada’s recall notice, “As of July 17, 2025, the companies have not received any reports of incidents or injuries in Canada. In the United States, the companies have received three reports of incidents and nine reports of drownings.”

Health Canada is advising those with affected pools to ensure there is secure access to the pool to deter children from accessing it unsupervised or, alternatively, drain the pool until the repair can be installed.
